Terms and conditions

All prices are in Euros, and we offer free postage for all orders over 50 Euro. We have no mimimum orders. All our prices include Irish VAT at 21%. Shopping. Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store, click the "Order now" button on any item you wish to buy and it will be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping,click on "Checkout". You will be asked to enter some details to enable us to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has gone through. Payment. We accept Laser, Visa and Mastercard, Cheques (Drawn on Irish Banks), Postal Orders and PayPal If you would prefer to give your credit card details on the 'phone, you can ring 00353 (0) 91 504 692 Seven days a week from 11pm to 5pm in summer (our opening times may be reduced in winter - watch this space) If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to "An Siopa Bui" and allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear before your order is dispatched. Your credit card payment will be processed by us at An Siopa Bui in Spiddal when your goods are ready to ship. We never retain credit card details after completion of an order. We ship worldwide via An Poste. We will normally try to dispatch your order with 24 hours. Shipping and Handling. Standard postage and packaging is 2.50 within Ireland , and free for purchases over 50 Euro, except for certain marked items. For excepted and certain heavy items, we will advise of the cost before dispatching your order. Back Orders, When we receive your order we will ship what we have in stock as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Anything we do not have in stock we will place on back order. As soon as this is available it will be charged and despatched to you automaticaaly without contacting you further. If this is not acceptable you must indicate your preference by ticking the box provided at checkout. Returns. If you need to return goods to us, please notify us of the reason within 7 days of receiving them. Returns are at buyer's own cost. Privacy policy. Your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose, under any circumstances, your details to third parties. With the exception of regular customers such as Yellow Club members who have given consent your credit card details are never retained by us after completion of your order either in a computer or as hard copy.
